Hoangsablogspot: Thật tủi thân cho Hải Quân Phi Luật Tân khi đưa các loại Hộ Tống Hạm (PCE) cũ kỹ thao diễn với các chiến hạm tối tân cuả Hải Quân Hoa Kỳ; thế mà nhà cầm quyền cuả họ vẫn lên tiếng  phản kháng mạnh mẽ những hành động lấn chiếm chủ quyền cuả nước này trong khu vực Trường Sa.  Họ còn dùng chiến đấu cơ F 4 oanh tạc phá huỷ các công trình xây dựng cuả Trung Cộng trên một bãi đá ngầm gần dãy đảo Mischief.  Mới đây họ còn kêu gọi Nam Hàn cung cấp chiến hạm để bảo vệ vấn đề  tự do vận chuyển trên biển.  
Một nước mà dân chúng lưu lạc khắp thế giới để tha hương cầu thực đã  biến Phi Luật Tân thành ra một quốc gia sống bằng " Welfare" từ ngoại tệ do thân nhân gửi về; tâm lý vọng ngoại làm cho người dân không chú tâm vào việc xây dựng đất nước, cộng thêm nạn tham nhũng trầm trọng đã khiến nước này không đủ sức tự lực, tự cường, mặc dù Phi đã thâu hồi độc lập từ tay người Tây Ban Nha ngày 12 tháng 6 năm 1898.
Nhìn lại Việt Nam hiện nay, cộng sản Hà Nội cũng áp dụng chính sách xuất khẩu lao động để lấy ngoại tệ nên cũng đang đi vào con đường tầm gửi cuả Phi Luật Tân; trong khi đó họ vẫn trơ trẽn kêu gọi chất xám hải ngoại về xây dựng đất nước ... tư bản đỏ, một chế độ thẳng tay đàn áp mọi quyền căn bản cuả công dân !!!!
