Aside from that limitation just what in the hell can be discussed and learned in one and a half hours? It can be argued that there have not yet been any lessons learned and it's doubtful any "lessons ignored" will be discussed because few people know what they might be. Worse, they'll make up some "lessons" that any dunce could enunciate.
This will be, in all probability, continuing proof that America knew nothing of substance about Viet Nam in 1960 and has not learned much since then.
If I were in area I would go, and am grateful to know of the event, but its primary value will be yet more evidence that America is still embarrassingly ignorant.
