Người đáng bị đánh 50 đòn là tên quan lại này.
Quan chi phụ mẫu mà thấy dân ngu, sai lại không dạy, không phạt mà còn cho về. Thằng ngu tưởng mình đúng cứ thế mà tiếp tục ngu.
Trả về cho xã hội dạy bảo? Quan tự cho mình cái quyền đứng ngoài xã hội lại còn xúi kẻ khác làm theo? Đánh theo 50 đòn nữa về cái tội vô trách nhiệm và xúi giục người tốt làm bậy.
Phải dạy cho tên quan này câu châm ngôn: Hành động của kẻ ác không đáng sợ bằng sự im lặng của người thiện"
Phổ biến chuyện này là cổ võ cho thiên hạ thành " ngọa hổ tàn long hết, ông chủ blog ạ.

Đúng thế ông Phạm Minh ạ. Quan mà đồng lõa với kẻ ngu reo rắc cái ngu để rồi khi giông bão quần chúng nổi lên thì quan và kẻ ngu sẽ tiêu tán thoòng một lũ. Tôi chỉ là một blogger vô danh tiểu tốt chứ chẳng phải là chủ mà cũng chẳng phải là tớ cho những kẻ ngu trên đời này đâu, vì bản thân cũng có lúc ngu mà không hay! Hic, hic!!!

Questions & Answers_Bill Laurie

Will be speaking to college VN class this week.  They've already submitted 17 questions, answers to which I've since emailed back to their instructor, a USAF VN veteran with history Ph.D.  The presentation will touch on some of these topics and issues but will include much more than contained in these answers.  Here are the questions and answers..... 1. What do you feel the television media effects were on not only the soldiers, but the Vietnamese people as well? It's arguable that television/media coverage had little direct effect on troops, and less so on Viet Namese people, because they didn't see much of it.  It had a huge cumulative indirect effect on both because "news"(?), shallow and biased as it was, did effect people in U.S., both amongst general public and elected officials and decision makers.  The effect was detrimental.
